How it works
- Receive access. After order review and manual fulfillment, an email provides your customer ZIP package and Canva template link. Delivery is not instant.
- Make your own copy. Sign in to Canva, copy the mobile template and replace the sample fields with your verified property information.
- Share with guests. Create an eight-page guest edition without the host setup page. Share its view-only link and test it on a phone. Complete the print PDFs separately for your binder.
Is it right for your property?
Made for lake-house and cabin hosts who want a friendly starting point and are comfortable adding their own property details. It works for a first guide or a refresh of scattered guest information.
This is a do-it-yourself template kit, not a done-for-you setup service, property-management system or researched guide to a specific lake. No physical book is shipped.
Questions before you buy
What do I need?
A Canva account to copy and edit the mobile guide, your property information and any photos you want to add. Use a PDF annotation tool—or write in details after printing—to complete the print companions.
Are the print files editable in Canva?
The included print companions are PDFs, not Canva print templates. They do not automatically synchronize with the mobile guide.
How much setup is involved?
You supply and check your arrival, house, local and contact information. The layout and prompts give you a starting point; setup time depends on how much information you already have ready.
Is a QR code included?
QR setup instructions are included. Create your QR only after your own guest-view link is final, then scan a printed proof on a phone. A finished property-specific QR is not included.
What arrives immediately after purchase?
Your order confirmation comes first. The separate download email follows after review and manual fulfillment. It contains the ZIP with Letter and A4 PDFs and Start-Here.txt, plus access to the Canva buyer template.
What if I need help?
Email sunrumoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number and where you are stuck. Check your spam folder and try access links in a fresh browser tab. Never send passwords, payment details or property entry codes.
Refund Policy
This is a digital template kit; no physical item is shipped.
If you have trouble accessing the files, receive a duplicate charge, or find that the delivered files are defective or materially different from the product description, contact sunrumoutdoor@gmail.com with your order number.
We will first work to restore access or provide a replacement. If we cannot resolve a verified delivery or file defect, we will refund the affected purchase.
Because this is a digital product, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once the files or template access have been delivered.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
